The Denon DP-59L is a direct-drive turntable that was released in Japan in 1984, during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment. Although released in Japan, the DP-59L has a phenomenal reputation worldwide for its high-quality playback performance, with stable rotation speed, high SNR (>82 dB), very low motor noise, and very low wow and flutter (< 0.006% WRMS). Furthermore, the DP-59L has a very high quality of build and just looks gorgeous. There are many audiophiles who purchased this turntable 30+ years ago and still use it today, with the same high quality performance. This turntable is fully automatic, with an auto-lifter arm.
