I'm getting rid of this Gibson SG Custom. It is from 1973 according to the databases. Models 70, 71 and 72 all came with Gisby vibrato as standard, then it became an option. We easily recognize this model because the three microphones are very close together towards the neck, because of the configuration of the vibrato at the start, as well as the mini pickguard. The guitar no longer has its original harmonica bridge as well as the tailpiece. The pickups are Gibson T-tops. Fingerboard: ebony Body: magahony The nut is not original and deserves to be replaced by a bone nut. The first owner of the guitar had glued a pick holder to the back of the neck headstock, which explains why the varnish is removed there. Overall the guitar is in good condition apart from a small chip at the bottom of the top next to the strap. The guitar has no bills or breaks, which is quite rare on this model.  The handle is quite fragile by reputation. On online sales sites, you can find this model in a restored or impeccable version for €7,000.  Knowing that there are parts that are not original and deserve to be replaced, I am selling it at this price.
