Remove and disassemble transport

Clean sticky lubricants from the azimuth , capstan , motor shaft , pinch roller arms etc..labor cleaned the sticky lubricants thom the gears/shafts and relub-

replaced the belts and idler tire

adjusted the tape travelling path

adjusted heads height, azimuth/ mechanism offset

adjusted the motor speed W&F 0.060% 100.00%

replaced the reel sensor ,counter, cassette well/play/stop light bulbs

replaced broken eject lever

replaced the broken headphones socket

replaced the orange PP capacitors using Wima caps

replaced the power supply and audio path electrolytic capacitors using Wima the caps for the luf values

Elna Silmic /Nichicon FG-FW-KW audio caps for the higher values

Repaired the auto calibration function

increased the +12V power supply lifter caps value from 6800 to 10000uF

Increased the power supply fiter caps value of the playback amplifier from 47uF to 220uF

Increased record amplifier from 330uF to 470u

Increased line in and out amplifiers from 100uF to 220uF

Increased Dolby chips from 470uF to 1000uF

cleaned the switches and potentiometers using deoxit

adjusted the slectronics for correct levels using TDK D/SA/MA

S/N: 58dB type 1, 6108 type V Dolby off, 87dB type L 6938 type II/IV Dolby B. 89dB type 1 72dB type BVIV Dolby C

Distortion (400hz, 0dB): 0.60% type 1, 0.70% type II, 0.80% type IV
