The Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat Electro Acoustic Guitar is based on the legendary 60's Fender acoustic that Tim Armstrong has used to write songs for the iconic punk band 'Rancid'. 

It's been revamped with some ghoulish personality, featuring pearl acrylic 'Hellcat' logos on the third, fifth and seventh frets, as well as a pair of skulls adorning the twelfth.

With a concert-body style and natural-finish solid mahogany top, back and sides, this Fender electro-acoustic guitar offers a playing experience that promises to be as comfortable as it is tonally balanced. 

The choice of solid-mahogany for the build results in a warm, punchy tone with smooth sustain and a natural sound, perfect for punk riffs or folk ballads. The scalloped X bracing further enhances the acoustic voice, keeping structural integrity solid while allowing the soundboard to vibrate more freely. 

Other tonewoods used include Maple for the neck with a satin finish, and walnut for the fingerboard and bridge. The saddle is a classic choice - Graph Tech Nubone.
