It’s basically new. Never sold. It’s missing the marching accoutrements. Two of the screws are still in the hoop. I’ll let you remove them. Sounds like a very good steel snare. I would keep it for myself but I have too many. Throw off is dainty yet functions just fine. There is a pesky sticker on it but it might ruin things if removed.
