• Original Unaltered BO1 “Cut Badge” & Grommet (without trademark registration symbol). Only 50 drums are documented with having BO1 Cut Badges without trademark registration symbols. This drum is one of those 50 drums.
• Interior date stamp “May 12 1970”. Only 33 drums are documented with having BO1 Cut Badges AND interior date stamps. This drum is one of those 33 drums.
• Only 6 drums are documented with having BO1 Cut Badges AND interior date stamps with dates ranging from April to December of 1970. This drum is one of those 6 drums.
• All components are believed to be original except the drum heads and the snare wires.
• The drum is structurally sound and in very good condition.
• The shell has no cracks, dents or damage.
• The drum has no extra holes or modifications.
• Both sides of the drum are round, standard heads fit properly and tension evenly.
• The bearing edges are damage free.
• The hoops are steel and have no cracks.
• The hoops, imperial tension lugs, tension rods, dial muffler, P32 butt plate, P85 snare throw, all nuts, bolts and washers are all present, complete and function as designed.
• There is nothing missing, nothing broken, nothing stripped.
• This drum has been fully disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and reassembled.
• It tunes up and down correctly and sounds awesome tuned low, medium or high.
• The snare wires are brand new replacement Ludwig “1963” model 18 strand wires.
• The heads are brand new replacement Remo Ambassadors.
• Sale includes the case in the photos.
• The case is clean, structurally sound and in good condition. The handle, hinges and latches all function as designed. There are no modifications to the drum case.
