After the Custom Shop Signature Precision Bass for Mr. Clayton from the year 2012 in the course of the U2 360° tour, there is now a "more affordable" model from the Artist series from/for the U2 bass player. As befits the Irish, this chic model comes in elegant green. Bono also plays/played green guitars, if he has to support the Edge (or he wants to look cool) on stage. Bono also has a green signature model called "Bono Irish Falcon ™" from Gretsch, Gretsch no. G6136I, That's only bye the way. Now to this green instrument: Interesting are the Custom Shop PU's, and visually the combination White Pearl Pickguard / White Pearl Blockinlays. The optical Highlight is the head plate, "matched painted" and equipped with the stylish vintage Lollipop machine heads. And the signature is on it as well.
