The American Classic line of drumsticks combines traditional craftsmanship with the unique style of Vic Firth. These drumsticks are designed for a fuller sound, thanks to their bold designs and the use of select hickory wood. Hickory is a dense wood that offers little flex, resulting in a more pronounced sound. Additionally, hickory is known for its durability, able to withstand a great deal of shock. The American Classic drumsticks are similar to the 7A model but offer a bit more reach, making them versatile for various drumming styles.
