1991 Fender CS Masterbuilt J Black Strat!

Here's an early Fender Custom Shop Masterbuilt oddity. Made by one of the best Fender Masterbuilders they've had, J.W. Black. He did work for lots of the major artists working with Fender at the time. This was part of a custom order for a shop owner that had some very odd requests. You will likely never see this again. We got a collection of 6 done like this. It's a left-handed strat, strung right-handed from the factory. Right-handed neck, reversed logo, left-handed body, left-handed tremolo, strung right-handed.

Are you confused yet? Everything is done to a Pre-CBS look and feel. Aztec Gold nitro. Gorgeous birdseye maple neck. The guitar is 100% original and in very good plus condition overall. Very thin nitro finish that has a few light indentations and scratches as shown. Comes with the original hardshell case, cable, and store tag. The guitar is strung from the factory right-handed, but could be ideal for a left-handed player. Check out our website for more photos and other important info!
