Big Muff began to be distributed around 1969. The first model with a large closure is popularly known as the triangle muff, which comes from the arrangement of the knobs. With a slightly smaller body than subsequent models, it looks like this is where the history of Big Muff began.
This is an example from around 1970 where you can see the PCB (printed) board and power ON/OFF switch. There are some signs of use such as scratches on the casing, and it is in good condition with the atmosphere of a vintage instrument. The rubber on the back panel has been removed cleanly.
There are three 2N5133 transistors, one has been replaced. We also attached parts to the solder side when replacing several other damaged capacitors. Its distinctive characteristic is a thick distortion sound with a swirling low feel. It can be said that this is a machine that gives off a powerful presence with just one shot.
