This is a Gibson made Cromwell G-4 guitar made in 1937. The serial # is DC-192. Distributed by the New York Band Instrument Co. of NYC. Plays and sounds very good. Fresh setup. The guitar was totally stripped at some point. Has a vintage tailpiece, but most likely non original (see photo). Newer rosewood bridge. Bound top and back. The V shaped neck is perfectly straight and the action good. First three positions has some fingerboard and fret wear. Does not affect playability. Vintage tuners work good. Makes a great "bluesmobile". This is a "player". Not a museum piece. Comes with a 1950's chipboard case. Thanks for looking and best of luck!
