This is a vintage Tama King Beat snare drum. It is a 10 lug, seamless steel shell with a parallel snare strainer system. The only defects on this drum, aside from usual visual wear, are that the internal muffler arm is not present (the knob on the outside of the drum is), and one of the snare wire adjustment knobs is slightly bent (see photos). The adjustment knob still works to full effect.
This drum is wickedly loud and sensitive. Drum Factory Direct also makes replacement snare wires for this exact model, so there is no need to worry about sourcing parts.
