The item is in good condition, visibly has a good amount of wear and tear but mostly due to age and use. However, the item is in perfect working condition. It was recently brought to a shop where they cleaned it and replaced any key pads that were over-used or sticking. The mouthpiece has visible use And the mouthpiece cap is original but has a crack in it as shown in the photo. Once owned and played by an incredible musician.
