This can be used as a tom mount, attached to a tom or as a spur bracket. (This came off a 24” Big R era bass drum). Pat no 4185808 on top. Part # 610799 on the underside. Accepts 1” post. Shows wear and some rust. Functions as it should. One non original tightening screw. Includes two original mounting screws.
