This Akai MPC1000 Music Production Center is up for sale. Some pieces of equipment are so revolutionary that they're commonly seen as an entirely new generation altogether, and this MPC1000 Music Production Center is one of those pieces, providing musicians everywhere with all the features of its bigger MPC cousins and even more contained in a smaller, more portable package. It sports 16 pressure pads, each with incredible sensitivity and velocity, as well as two Q-Link sliders for real-time adjustment and up to 128MB of storage, and the various connections allow it to be used in conjunction with analog and digital rigs, making it perfect for gigging anywhere.
