Samick MB1MG Greg Bennett Malibu Series Electric Guitar, SSS, Rosewood Fingerboard, Metalic Gold Sparkle, 2002
Get your Retro Vibe at a Retro price! Natty Metallic Gold Sparkle gives this Strat-style, slightly smaller body guitar a cool vintage look. Tested and set up in-shop, plays great with low action, no electronics issues. A little road worn; finish cracks on either side of neck pocket, fingernail marks on back of neck, small dings and scrapes abound, but overall still very clean looking. Includes Trem Arm.
Description:
A lot has changed since the early 50’s, including the performance needs of musicians. The Samick Greg Bennett MALIBU™ series captures the essence of those early bolt-on neck guitars, in a sleek updated package. The slightly reduced body size makes it lighter and more manageable on those extended club sets. The neck pocket was also made deeper for a superior neck to body contact. The compact, angled back headstock also provides enhanced performance, not to mention the ability to stay in tune. The angled back headstock produces greater string bearing pressure at the nut. This results in improved attack and sustain.
