Ibanez Fretless bass:
Purchased in mid-2022 for a couple of shows that required a fretless and was played lightly until recently.
The piezo pickup gets a very upright-esque tone out of the bass that is amplified by the chambered body.
There are some spots where the finish has been damaged but none of them impact the playability or tonality of the instrument.
It has been recently set up by a professional guitar tech with new flat wound strings and a lowered action.
The neck is fast and comfortable around the hand and feels good to play for long periods as the bass is also quite light.
Overall, the bass gets a lot of upright tone out of the piezo pickup and has a deep thump to it.
