Enter the Two notes Le Crunch - a tube preamp featuring our trademark True High Voltage Design. At its core, a specially-selected 12AX7 preamp tube running at 200 volts internally.

Whether it’s a preamp for those times when you want to go direct, a saturation-rich tube overdrive to front-load your amp, or the perfect pre for your favourite amps poweramp section, Le Crunch is the undisputed player's choice.

Two Unique Channels

Channel A delivers the classic crunch tone with all the bite you'd expect from a Plexi. With bass and treble controls (based on the original M style tonestack), placed before the gain stages, you're primed with everything you need to refine your tone before it hits the tube stage.

When your performance demands you cut above the rest, Channel B is the answer. Packing a fuller, rounder response, expect the epitome of a classic rhythm stack roar. The three-band EQ (with sweepable mids) is placed after the gain stages for precise, responsive, tone shaping. 

Mix Them Together! 

Cold Fusion: Mix and Balance Channels A & B

Hitting both channels at once will let you run channel A and B in parallel. This is the Cold Fusion mode. In this mode, the Fusion knob lets you balance the output level of both channels for rich, fat, doubled tones. 

Hot Fusion: Jumping from Channel A to Channel B

Switch Le Crunch to Hot Fusion and you jump channel A into B. In this mode, channel A effectively becomes a boost pedal for B. Both channel's EQs cascade empowering you with deft levels of power and response.

With Great Power Comes Great Flexibility 

• Defetable Analog Cab Sim: Le Crunch features an analog cabinet simulation, perfect for going direct from your pedalboard. The simulation is based on Brit VintC DynIR cabinet with a Dyn57 microphone. 
• Headphones Out: Plug your headphones direct to Le Crunch and play your pedalboard silently thanks to the internal analog cabinet simulation. 
• MIDI Control: Thanks to Le Crunch's powerful MIDI control, you can switch the Preamp channels and Fusion modes remotely or even control your other MIDI pedals from Le Crunch’s footswitches. 
• FX Loop: Build a preamp-specific pedal chain by using Le Crunch's FX Loop. Bypass the pedal to bypass the whole chain. The effects are applied before the analog cab sim.
