1968 Gibson Johnny Smith Rare Dual Pickup Model

Here we have a gorgeous and rare 1968 Gibson Johnny Smith arch top guitar with beautiful sunburst finish featuring 2 Mini Humbucker pickups. This guitar is in excellent condition with only a few basic play marks and finish checking on the rear of the body. The photos had a hard time picking up the checking but I'll try again and please message me if you would like to schedule a FaceTime call for an in hand inspection and to hear me play the instrument. Frets are in very nice shape and the guitar plays perfectly up and down the entire length of the bound ebony fretboard. The 5-piece neck on this guitar feels great and is so easy to play.

All of the features of this guitar are top of the line. The 17" hollow body with carved spruce top and beautifully flamed maple back and sides create the most amazing acoustic tone. This is a really incredible guitar with gorgeous looks, playability, and tone for miles. Perfect vintage archtop guitar for both the collector and player.
