About This Listing

Here’s a cool vintage single tension parade drum from 1968! According to the previous owner, it belonged to his grandma and was on her shelf for about 40 years as a decoration with no top head or wires. Claws look like Slingerland and must have been pit on the drum sometime prior to becoming an element of decor. Comes with a vintage foam cushion leg rest, new unoriginal modern Starclassic 20 strand strainer and good Remo heads. Bearing edge is in great condition, so are original sticker and silver paint interior inside. Drum does show some scratches and signs of use and the throw-off handle is broken but still works. It sounds and records great as is but could also make a great auxiliary snare or floor tom or little bass drum!
