I purchased this drum as part of my snare drum arsenal. This drum was never used!! Probably one of the best I've seen. I bought it used but I never even took it outside the boundaries of my home. 

This version is no longer in production.

This particular Sakae snare drum has a sensitive, warm, crisp, powerful and cutting sound with a solid attack when needed.
