Vintage Ludwig 17” marching snare.  It is 11” inches deep. Painted blue/grey (maybe used to be white?).  It has nickel hardware.  Missing two tension rods and a couple of them are bent.   Check over the photos.  This drum was used by a local Cleveland Ohio high school and it shows.
