Back and sides of solid sapele paired with a solid mahogany top yield a dry, woody voice with minimal ringing overtones, a tone profile that’s especially ideal for recording applications. But with the Grand Symphony’s large air capacity, players will also appreciate this model’s power and room-filling projection in live scenarios or for playing alongside vocals in a lower register. The AD26e Baritone-6 is tuned B-to-B, and players can easily return it to standard tuning
by placing a capo at the fifth fret.
