I had this horn overhauled in 2012, then played it for a semester in college before getting something a little more modern. It really plays well though, with a bigger sound than you'd expect. The key work feels good, and I had the snap-in pads replaced with flat metal resonators.

A previous owner made that "modification" to the case, visible in the first pic. Dunno why.

There's also kind of an ugly repair on the palm-D, but it seems sturdy enough. There's also a spot on the back of the bell where the finish is ruined. Both pictured.

Serial number puts it at 1927
