For sale is a set of vintage spec NOS gold plated vintage length steel tailpiece studs. Stud thread is Imperial for US models and length of studs measures 1" and will fit all 2013-Present year Gibson Custom Shop models. These studs are a fantastic upgrade if the studs currently installed on your Les Paul, Junior, SG, ES-335, etc are plated brass. This can easily be tested with a magnet. Traditionally these were used in conjunction with lightweight aluminum stop tailpieces.
*These studs can fit in earlier release year models but we recommend testing for fit prior making purchase. Gibson model guitars prior 2013 included a bushing and stud that measured 7/8" in length. If you are the owner of a '13 or earlier model guitar and need to discuss a possible conversion or just need some more information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
