The 8” Crunch Ring features a hand-hammered, stainless steel donut riveted with recycled cymbal and tambourine jingles. It creates a trashy, lo-fi sound and it doesn’t fully choke the sound of the instrument that it’s on. It works great on hi-hats and dampens the area just outside the bell. It also works great on a cymbal, stacks, or snare drum.
