For your consideration today is a very cool AND very clean 1977 Fender Telecaster Thinline. All original with the original case. Plays and sounds great and is in excellent condition. Don't be fooled by any glare spots, this one is NICE! No broken solder joints and comes with the original case. There has been shielding added in the control cavity(see photo) and the only pot date not covered in solder is 1377551. The neck is straight and the frets are in very good condition(only some minor pitting in the cowboy chord area).  The action is nice and comfortable on this plus being a "Thinline", she doesn't weigh a ton. Weighs in at 6 lbs 8.1 oz on my digital scale.  Don't waste your money on the stock market. Instead of a piece of paper, get yourself a cool vintage Fender!

Product Overview
Fender decided they wanted to produce a lighter Tele option, and so the Fender Thinline Telecaster was born. First released in 1968, the Thinline evolved from simply added chambering to the addition of its memorable F-hole. Initially, the Thinline Tele sported the same electronics as a normal solidbody Telecaster, but beginning in 1972, the Fender Thinline Telecaster was outfitted with humbuckers.
