My alto saxophone neck was purchased 18 months ago new with my Yanagisawa AWO2 saxophone from Kessler & Sons. It is bronze and in excellent condition.
It will fit any of the Yanagisawa AWO series and the prior 990 series. I do not know about the fit for other brands.
