I bought this Presonus Analog tube channel strip preamp from Sweetwater in late 2021 for use in a second smaller studio for when I couldn’t track through my primary Avalon 737. I recorded 3 records with this using 3 different grade microphones and got really satisfying results each time. The same goes for when I upgraded the stock tube for a “TUNG-SOL“ High Gain Balanced Gold Pin tube. It’s a $50 upgrade included here. The unit comes with the factory tube as a backup or to restore back to factory “color” if desired. Excellent condition clean face and mounting ears kept like new. Kept stored in a dry, temperature regulated smoke free environment. Comes with all original packaging.
