This isn't just another unit being sold. It's like a race car getting more fuel, alignment and new tires. To those that don't know what capacitors do they hold a small charge so the unit comes on immediately unlike tube amps that have to warm up to sound good.. After decades of use they go bad and need replacing for top performance. So why take a chance.Also s new cord was installed.

I just played this preamp Sustainor through my tube amp and Gibson guitar and it sounds great..Everything is working correctly.All the lights light up.These amps love power. Remember Tom sold a 500 watt Stereo Amp and cabinets to go along with these Rockman Modules. There were only about 50 ever made.So a lot of players are using small amps and non Stereo amps.Tom uses 500 watt amps with power soaks to get that great Boston sound.. The units Capacitors were installed by Mike Donzelli.All buttons and levelers cleaned.New screws,nuts and bolts. It doesn't get any better.The covers have few blemishes and scratches and a few dips where some was rubbing against the cover.The unit was created by the legendary Tom Scholz from Band Boston.The Sustainor has amp modeling,Clean 1 & 2,edge and distortion,compression,and more.
