4 mounting holes.
Include original mounting screws and spring.
Also includes the original vibrato arm with the black plastic tip.
These vibrato units were used on many Vox guitars including, 6, 9 and 12 string Teardrops, 6 and 12 string Phantoms, Tempest XII, Spitfire, Hurricane, etc...
