Demo model Selmer Paris Alto Sax Mouthpiece AM42. Has only been played on a handful of times.
This Selmer Paris mouthpiece is generally only sold with the Selmer AS42 Alto Saxophones (Selmer USA's and Selmer Paris' joint collaboration on an entry pro model), and features the same "square" chamber as on the S80 series.
