My impression is it's a Ludwig from the wingnuts. Any info would help.
It show wear. It could clean up a bit better.
Patent date is June 1, 1909
Looks all original to me. Please see all pics and judge for yourself.
It works as it should.
Mounting post is 12" long.
Boom are is 14" long.
