Wooden board mounted pair of castanets. Mounting hardware appears to be original Ludwig string and elastic bands, however the red felt that the castanets rest on has corroded or rubbed off with use over the years. The castanets are still functional and sound great. Would be a great addition to to any auxiliary percussion arsenal.
