Fender Stratocaster with Maple Fretboard 1981 Black

Vintage player, I’m only the second owner. It comes with an almost period correct case (1981 would have had only two latches, so this one was added later) and original case candy, including the trem arm and ashtray bridge cover. The top coat of paint has chipped in a few spots from wear, but the primer they used must have been black because it’s black underneath the chipped areas, not patched or repainted.

Serial numbers from this era can be misleading, but the pot codes date it to 1981.
