This is the Martin Cowboy II Auditorium Acoustic Guitar. 25.4" scale length. 1.69" nut width. 15 1/8" lower bout. 3.75" body depth. .82"-.93" 1st to 11th fret neck depth. The Martin Cowboy II came out in 2001, with an original Cowboy art design by Robert Armstrong. Limited to just 500 pieces, this is #255. The body is HPL with the back textured to simulate leather. This guitar has a warm overall tone with the auditorium size creating good note articulation. The Stratabond neck here has a comfortable oval C profile. This neck features a satin finish for effortless position shifts. The fretboard is Micarta for excellent feel and tone. This Martin is in good overall condition as you can see in pictures- there is bellying behind the bridge. The frets here are clean- set up with action of just a hair over 3/32" at the 12th fret low E. This Martin includes the original hardshell case.
