Yamaha Cymbal Dual Zone PCY 80 S.
  Has the 1/4" input, and sensitivity adjustment. I have 1 for sale, barely used, and are 1 1 1/2" from corner to corner . This one has a couple small spots of black, and some dirt on the edge, as seen in last couple of pictures, but very hard to see unless you are up close and personal.  Super hard to find item now.
