These are Quality Japan Made cartridges with the correct and original Elliptical Diamond Stylus.

● Diamond tip r/R radii: 10 x 18 µm (.0004 x .0007 inch)
● High strength aluminum alloy cantilever for firm contact with LP groove
● Genuine, 100% authentic Audio-Technica® 

Although I cannot find specifics Online, noting by the stylus, this is capable of tracking down to a gram possibly.
I usually keep my Shure M97 at around a gram and a half anyway.

The Most Important part of the cartridge is the stylus.
The replacement stylus that are available these days are just that - replacements.
It does the job. That's about it.
They are no where near the quality of the original manufacturer's stylus.
There are plenty of cartridges available - used for 30 - 50 bucks if not more stating that "all you need" is the stylus.
Well that's a huge issue. Original stylus of the quality of the OEM stylus are getting scarcer and scarcer and the prices keep climbing up.

Beware of sellers using cartridges bought in lots or as-is only to add one of those replacement stylus'.

This will most likely be the fate of all genuine stylus and cartridges.
Conical stylus replacements are available - cheap but they in no way compare to the stylus that was originally supplied.

This is such a cartridge with a Japan Made genuine AT Elliptical stylus - made in Japan.

This is brand new old stock - the original AT elliptical stylus comes with each one.

It's a cartridge designed for straight arm turntables with the TP4 - or P Type Mounting. Plug in type.

This also is supplied with an adapter so it can be used with a standard 1/2" Mount Head Shell.
The Gold here, is the original Japan elliptical diamond stylus. Most replacements I see available aren't even genuine and cost anywhere form 15 for conical and 30 plus for elliptical.
This is the real deal.
Do an Online search for Genuine replacement stylus' (stylii?) and you'll recognize what a good value this is.
These are perfect for Technics Straight Arm Turntables and Linear Trackers.
The adapter makes it a good choice for Any Table.

Each Cartridge will be examined with a jeweler's loupe before shipping.
Sorry due to the nature of this product I cannot accept returns. It's New Stock and there would be no reason to return it. If a Rare exception is made - It will be inspected with a jeweler's loupe to ensure it is as new and undamaged., something that's very easy to do. You must handle this with the greatest of care and a simple error in handling can damage it irreparably.

NOTE: There was a time that Shure made replacements for their M97 - the last quality cartridge with the unique tubular telescoping shank stylus. A replacement was about 40-50 bucks and the whole cartridge used to be available from online retailers for about $100.00 bucks. Shure discontinued them and the prices of remaining stock skyrocketed. Look it up. Not only that but the replacement stylus is no longer made and new old stock stylii are going for monster money.)
The Point is High Quality Affordable stylii are going away and becoming more and more expensive. A cheap substitute will probably be adequate for casual play
