The mutes are 6" in diameter and weighted evenly throughout to ensure consistent muting and reduced resonance and/or overtones (think "uncrustables" sandwiches). These are great on large drums and fantastic on timpani. Move from edge to center of the drums to gauge the amount of muting you require. Packaged in Pairs.
