Vintage modified 8 string Decca Teisco hot rod weirdo jangle machine The Tielman Special 1964 Sunburst

Ok sometimes you want an electric string sound but you don’t want to deal with all those damn strings! Ain’t nobody got time for that! Anyways this old teisco has been modded with two extra tuners so the high E and B are doubled. It can do jangle or dissonant taisho goto kind of stuff. Check the video below of it rocking out.

The neck isn’t crazy straight but it’s setup nice enough to play up the neck. The trem and bridge work great and all of the electronics have been replaced. It’s no super intimated shredder but it’s a funky little player.

This guitar has many vintage parts and hardware. It shows it’s age here and there with scratches, scuffs and marks but is very solid. I wouldn’t bother asking what the origin of all the parts are because I probably have no clue. I have a million dead guitars in my workshop so I harvest them when I need something. It’s a one of a kind little monster with some interesting tricks up it’s sleeve!
