C. F. Martin 0-18 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1965), made in Nazareth, PA, serial # 204017, natural lacquer finish, mahogany sides, back and neck; spruce top, Brazillian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, black soft shell case.

A nice little 60's mahogany Martin with a great sound; crisp with an even response and a lot of depth.

Includes the rarely seen original hang tag with the 1965 list price of $200.00. Rounded peghead with original Grover G-98 tuners, tortoise celluloid pickguard and binding, and an early example of the new for '65 short saddle bridge.

A great small-bodied Martin from the tail end of the folk era.

Overall length is 38 3/8 in. (97.5 cm.), 13 1/2 in. (34.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 1/8 in. (10.5 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.).

Very clean overall. One small pickguard crack on the outer edge of the 'guard and one long repaired back crack. Otherwise very nice and original with hardly any play wear. Excellent Condition.
