Inspired by the one-of-a-kind 1958 Les Paul Goldtop believed to have been made for Mary Ford, the Gibson Mary Ford Les Paul Standard celebrates the guitarist, vocalist, and recording pioneer whose partnership with Les Paul helped shape popular music. Its Goldtop finish pairs with a Vintage Cherry back, while an ES-295-style cream pickguard with gold floral detailing and a matching armrest complete the distinctive look.

A non-weight-relieved mahogany body with a carved maple cap is joined by a mahogany SlimTaper neck and Indian rosewood fretboard. Burstbucker 2 and Burstbucker 3 pickups deliver classic Les Paul electronics, with hand-wired controls and Orange Drop capacitors. A hardshell case and Gibson accessory kit are included.
