This is my desert island amp, but situations on life force changes sometimes. So here it is.
This is a first year 2nd run FEI 1964 Fender Princeton Reverb. There is nothing I can say about how great sounding and collectible this amp is.
While not in museum condition. Its clean for its age with some tolex wear and marks. The amp is mostly all original other than the following. The handle, a few resistors that needed changing,
and the power cord which is now a 3 prong. The speaker is an original 1965 that sounds and looks great. No rub or issues. Its a replacement to the original 64 speaker that went bad.
The power and output transformers are dated to 64 while the reverb one is 63 and is original to the amp too. The tube chart has NL and Production 2 Stamped on it. Its a n early one.
Lastly it comes with the reverb vibrato foot switch, and is loaded with all vintage RCA and GE preamp tubes and Ken-Rad rebranded Delco 6v6GT tubes.
The only modern tube is the rectifier tube which is new production.
This is a rare 1st year one that is set up properly for many years of enjoyment.
