Per the audio technica website:

• The ATW-CHG3NA is a networked two-bay charging station for use with 3000 Series transmitters, 3000 Series IEM receiver, and System 20 PRO transmitters. The station charges NiMH batteries (not included) while they are housed within a transmitter or IEM receiver. It will automatically shut off if alkaline or damaged batteries are detected. Once fully charged, a maintenance charging function ensures that batteries retain their full power for as long as the transmitter remains in the charging station. 
  
  The ATW-CHG3NA is equipped with power and charging status indicator LEDs for easy monitoring. 
  
  The ATW-CHG3NA also connects to networks via standard Ethernet cable, allowing the charging status of all transmitters to be monitored through the dedicated Audio-Technica app or third-party software.
