Heritage Audio Successor stereo bus compressor in excellent cosmetic condition and perfect working order.

The Successor is an exceptional analog compressor that brings the rich, punchy character of classic British diode-bridge compression to a modern, versatile stereo processor.

Built around Carnhill input and output transformers and Class A output stages, the Successor delivers the harmonic richness and musical compression that make vintage British studio equipment so desirable.

It's particularly impressive on stereo mix buses and drum buses, where it can add cohesion, weight, and energy without sacrificing musicality. Its extremely fast attack and release settings also make it capable of aggressive, colorful compression effects.

Highlights:

• True stereo diode-bridge compression
• Carnhill transformer-coupled inputs and outputs
• Class A analog output stages
• Wide range of attack, release, and ratio settings
• Sophisticated sidechain filtering for precise control
• Built-in parallel compression with dedicated blend control
• External sidechain connectivity
• Stepped controls for repeatable settings
• Professional 1U rackmount construction

Condition:

Excellent cosmetic condition with only minor signs of mounting around the rack ear screw holes, typical of carefully maintained rackmount studio equipment. The faceplate and controls are exceptionally clean, and the unit is fully functional and operates perfectly.
