------------------------------
Founded in 1995 by Alvin Okami, KoAloha Ukuleles is now run by a small, elite team of craftsmen, led by his eldest son and president, Alan, and his second son and vice president, Paul. KoAloha has become one of Hawaii's leading ukulele manufacturers. It features a modern look with a triangular soundhole and crown-designed headstock, and is characterized by its clear tone and loud volume. This is a pineapple-shaped soprano long-neck model. It features a Hawaiian koa body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, the unique "Uni-Brace" internal structure, an ebony headstock veneer, and an abalone headstock logo. Attention to detail is evident in features such as the fingerboard sides designed to prevent fret burrs. The rich tone characteristic of a pineapple shape, combined with the playability of the long neck, makes it a versatile instrument. The pineapple-shaped body gives it a cute and attractive look. A semi-light case is included.
