Marshall 1x12 cabinet with Celestion G12 M – Columbia MD

Cabinet: Marshall MX112

Dimensions: 19.7”w x 18.5”h x 11.4”d

Speaker: Celestion G12 M 25 watts 16 ohms

Cabinet mods: open back, gold piping

Excellent condition (almost mint).

The MX112 box was made in 2013 and it is like new cosmetically, except that I made it have an open back. I installed the then brand new G12 M in 2018. I replaced the white piping with the gold piping so it would match the Marshall Origin 20H head I have been using with it.  (See my ad for that head, “Marshall Origin 20H 20W tube guitar amp– Columbia MD.”)

I used this setup for my basement studio, where I jammed with friends until Covid. For a variety of reasons, the jamming did not start up again. It has not been used by a performing band. It was never gigged.

Why am I selling? I am downsizing my amp arsenal because I am older (70s) and wear hearing aids (!).

Local pickup only – which is why I emphasize the location in the title.  Will meet you at any bank parking lot within a reasonable distance of Columbia, Maryland.
