Mandolin is loud and clear and has a wonderful tone to it. Serial number 45114 dates it to around 1918. Replaced adjustable bridge that’s been custom carved for the instrument. Included is original pick . Otherwise fully original with ornate Handel tuners, OHSC. The mandolin is in overall solid condition with some wash boarding in the area under the pickguard. All seams are tight and binding is in reasonable condition with a small chip on the back corner of the bottom horn (pictured). There’s finish checking and small dings as to be expected from an instrument that’s over 100 years old. The top and back are crack free and the top is solid. The mandolin plays great with low action. Measures 5/64” on the bass side and 4/64” on the treble with every note ringing clear and true, this mandolin sounds and plays amazing. Included is the original pickguard clamp, hardcase (with functional latches that stays closed) replacement pickguard and clamp made by Darryl Wolfe Please check photos for condition and message me with any questions you may have. Do not hesitate to message me as the mandolin is sold as is. Prefer local transaction, but willing to ship at buyer's expense!
