This is the MXR Dyna Comp, model M102, the two-knob compressor Dunlop makes today under the MXR name. Output sets the overall volume and Sensitivity sets how much it compresses, more as you turn it clockwise. The red light shows when it's on.
Dunlop's manual calls it a Nashville studio standard. It evens out your signal for more sustain with steady dynamics, and Dunlop says it makes the percussive, clicky sound heard on a lot of hit records. Compared to the Script Logo version, Dunlop says the M102 responds faster and more aggressively to your pick attack. Input and the power jack are on the right side, output on the left. It runs on a 9-volt battery under the bottom plate or a 9-volt center-negative adapter, draws 3.3 mA, and bypass is true hardwire.
Red. Excellent condition, shown in the photos. Comes with just the pedal, no box.
Includes: The pedal only, no box
