This is the Tone Job V2, EarthQuaker Devices' EQ and boost, built around the tone controls of old audiophile stereo preamps. It works on guitar, bass, synths and drum machines, first in a chain to change the overall sound or last to bring the level back up after a long cable run. The bottom label reads Handmade in Akron, OH USA, serial 3284.

Bass, Mid and Treble are active, flat at the center detent, with up to 20 dB of cut or boost. Bass works from about 500 Hz down and Treble from about 2 kHz up, and Mid is a resonant filter centered around 1 kHz that changes how the other two respond. Level comes after the EQ and boosts up to five times the input, with unity around 10 o'clock. Both jacks and the power jack are on the top end. It takes a 9 to 18 volt DC supply, center negative, and switching is true bypass by relay, so no sound passes without power.

Blue with the white top panel and handshake graphic. Very good condition, shown in the photos. Comes with just the pedal, no box.

Includes: The pedal only, no box
